The company consists of Owner/Operator, Richard Falco and three other Employees. Maintaining a small team helps us better assist customers in all aspects of their home outdoor maintenance. We have many weekly accounts for Lawn Maintenance that is billed out monthly. We offer many other Outdoor Maintenance Services. Falco Landscaping LLC is fully insured and liscenced, we give free Estimates and love referrals.

It has gone well so far - 6 mowings and trimmings. They come every Tuesday with many workers and do the job quickly and well. They cut the lawn 4 inches high and it is doing very well. When it gets hot & dry and the grass does not grow quickly, they reduce the frequency of cutting. They said they will do this without my telling them. It hasn't gotten that hot and dry yet, so I can't report if this will happen as they promise. There is no contract - some mowers want you to sign a 2 yr contract. They bill me once a month. When I want them to stop the service, I just tell them.
