I have to constantly stay on top of this company to come out for my quarter pest control treatment or they will never come to my home. They never call, text or email. My service is over a month past due, and I never heard from them. They just do not seem interested in what they are doing.

Tom is excellent. He explained where problem areas could arise and gave tips on how to prevent future problems. (trimming hedges, removing soil above foundation line, removing ivy, etc.). There was a crawlspace area that he could not inspect as it did not have outside or inside access. He said that if we chose to replace the carpeting, to call him so he could take a look and see if he could inspect it or if there were any noticeable issues. We did remove the carpet and cut an access panel in the floor. Tom came out to take a peek. He also took care of the winged ant problem in that same room. Tom is polite, professional and really cares about his customers. We will be hiring him to do a preventative termite treatment in the Fall.

Called John at about 9AM yesterday after finding box-store ant baits ineffective after 5 days. His serviceman, Steve, arrived the same day, yesterday, listened to my ant infestation history, and looked over the kitchen and basement. He told me his recommendation then sprayed the exterior house perimeter and the interior basement perimeter at the floor joist level. He also placed 6 gel globs on the kitchen counter next to the splashboard where the ants had been seen, each glob about 1/4 the size of a golf ball. There were three globs of one kind of bait, and three of another, placed in pairs along the back of the counter, in case the ant species preferred one to the other. Total time of Steve's visit was about 30 minutes or so. Steve was clean-cut, professional and easy to talk to. Woke up this morning, 13 hours later, to find NO ants in the kitchen for the first time in weeks. I call that effective and swift! I will continue to monitor for the next few weeks and update my review if any ants appear in quantity. Thanks, Custom Pest Solutions, LLC, of Blue Bell!

We recently purchased a home and discovered ground wasps under the shrubs adjacent to the front door. Everytime someone walked to the front door, the wasps would come out to investigate. We were concerned that they would cause issues for our movers and needed them removed immediately. Tom came out within 24hr of my call and attempted to treat the nests - however, because they were under the shrubs and could not be seen - he warned us that only a direct hit would eliminate the wasps. Although we only paid him for a single visit, he returned twice more, at no additional charge, to repeatedly inject the nest, until no wasps were seen. Nine months later, we have had no issues. I was very happy with his commitment to "do the job right" and would hire him again.

After the technicial examined the insects and inspected the house, he said that the insects were just ants and recommended that we do a single application of insecticide to the interior and exterior of the house at a very reasonable price. Moreover, he recommended that instead of a monthly subscription service (that all the other services recommended), that we do a less frequent inspection and application of pesticide as needed. His recommendations were more cost effective than others and better suited to our situation. In other words, he was technically competent, honest, practical and did not oversell.
