The builder, Chris, is a great man to have work for you. Always professional on the job and the work provided is second to none. The shore home in Long Beach Island is not like most homes in the area. While touring the house, you will notice how large the single family home feels and the quality that was put into the design and building process. It's not everyday you walk into a newer home and you feel how solid the structure is beneath you. This goes to show why the super storm "Sandy" which devastated the east coast had little to no effect on this structure.

We are in the process but right now we absolutely love them. The owner of the company is phenomenal for us. He is a great guy. We are very very happy with him so far. We only started the foundation but we have been working with them since August so we are very very pleased. He stuck in my budget but we are still in the process I can't give or take but I gave him a number and he stuck with it so I am happy with it. The ones he sent to come and do some work were prompt and did excellent work. When the owner first came out, he was so nice.

Our home was built in 1995 and was in need of updating. I did not care for the layout of the kitchen. Our home is on the smaller side and I felt the kitchen was not efficient. I like the existing hardwood flooring. The countertops and cabinetry were basic white. Chris and his architect came in and designed a more efficient kitchen layout. In the end, we ended up with more of a and quot;galleyand quot; style kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops with an under mount stainless steel sink. Although I have a pantry closet, I found storage was still a problem so Chris and his team doubled my cabinet space where I had a small counter top with lower cabinets. That section now is built up to the ceiling. The changes required replacing some of the hardwood flooring. It matches perfectly!

The main bedroom bathroom was the base builder grade of 4and quot; tiles, standard shower stall with sliding doors and a large soaking tub. We opted to eliminate the tub completely since there is another soaking tub in the hall bathroom. We selected 12and quot; tiles for the floor and a subway style for the shower area. Chris was able to extend the width of the shower another foot. They installed a full shower spray system and the frameless glass enclosure. The double sink vanity was replaced with a free standing 42and quot; vanity. Eliminating the tub made the crowded bathroom look much larger! With a fresh coat of paint and the addition of new lighting fixtures, we are thrilled with the final result.

Chris and his team started and finished the project just about on time. We had the holidays to work around. We were very pleased with the quality of the materials and I was also impressed with how well the contractors cleaned up after the project was finished. I was dreading the and quot;aftermathand quot; of the construction. When we first talked to Chris about the the project, we were a little concerned about the cost. As I said, our home is on the smaller side and since we have not done any renovations, we did not know what to expect. But, you get what you pay for! We were treated fairly and the work was exceptional. We contacted the references we were given before signing the contract for the project and were pleased with the feedback from these folks. We will definitely use Chris again when we are ready to take on the next project.
