"We are always thankful for reviews good and bad. We will look into previously provided service she must be referencing, we have not been out since June. We did not provide service for this customer as date posted. They were scheduled for an appointment on Thursday 09/23/2021 between 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm. We spoke with the mother on 09/16/2021 to schedule the appointment and she needed the 23rd so she could give her daughter enough notice to take the day off work. There was some confusion with the appointment date and time on the customers part. She thought the appointment was 09/21/21. The daughter who posted this review called the office on 09/21/2021 very upset, rude and basically yelling at receptionist, as to why we were not at her mothers home. She was upset that it was the wrong day and she had taken it off from work. We call all of our customers to confirm appointments the day before. We try our best."

"This review was very hard to respond to. It was shocking to read such a review from a loyal customer with years of paying at time of service. (on demand) (COD) We were very sorry that you were offended that you had to pay your bill, when the repairs were completed. Not in 30 days. You were give cost of repairs up front that afternoon at 1:58pm. You okayed those repairs. You were told payment is due at time of service. When you spoke with the owner that evening around 6:00pm, he asked you could you pay half now and your reply was WOW you must be hurting for the money. You offered to write a bad check now or pay cash in 30 days. As we try to be understanding of people's financial situations. If it's discussed with the office ahead of time, payment arrangements are sometimes made. You never asked."

After getting quotes from 6 venders I decided to go with Blue Bell because they were knowledgeable, professional and answered my calls and e-mails promptly. I did a lot of research into the specs on heat pump systems and Blue Bell sold the brand I was looking for.
Installation took place on the scheduled day and was completed the same day even though some unexpected modifications needed to be made to my duct work. Installers were courteous and professional. All debris was cleaned and removed before they left. I was extremely happy with the whole experience.
I made a service call during the extreme cold spell in January because I thought the back up heat was not working properly. A service tech came out a few days later to check the system and determined everything was working properly and I just needed to be patient when the back up heating was called for because it takes a few minutes to respond. To my surprise, I was not charged for this service visit.
I would highly recommend Blue Bell for any heating and cooling jobs.
