I got a credit card from Bank of America. They sent me a card that I never received. After dealing with them for 5 years all of a sudden they don't want to pay for my membership to the gym and my Netflix membership and stuff. I said, what's going on here. When i called them they said they sent me a credit card. I said, I never received a different credit card and why didn't you get in contact with me if you were paying this bill on the old credit card all that time. Why didn't call me and alert me? I had to get in touch with them. It was one great big hassle. I just used a different card for everything I was using that card for. I closed the account and owed them $0.64. I made sure to pay that I didn't want me credit to go bad over $0.64. I think they should have did things better than what they did. They should have gotten in touch with me because they were paying these bills for, I belong to the gym for over a year, I belong to Netflix for over 10 years, you know. Why all of a sudden am I having problems? The one person that I talked to she tried to blame me for everything.
