I was looking for houses with my cousin who was a first time buyer and nervous nellie to say the least as in the beginning I would get at least two calls a week with her crying on the other end due to the overwhelming stress and uncertainty that comes with buying a house. Rich handled her with kid gloves, patience and understanding and the eventually the crying stopped. He showed us over 25 houses in person and over 100 in print before the right house was found. The sellers were selling the house in as is condition, but yet Rich was able to negotiate a new furnace and $3000.00 credit for other electrical/roofing repairs the house needed as a result of the home inspection. The closing went off without a hitch and my cousin settled last week. This was one of the most professional and friendly real estate agents I have come across in a long time.
