We will custom design a decorative concrete surfacing solution to meet the needs of our customers. We do both exterior and interior surfacing. Typical areas include pool decks, driveways, patios, entries, walkways, garages floors, basements, kitchens. living rooms, etc. We will fix any problems with your existing surfaces and we can also pour new concrete. Interior wood floors can be covered as well. From flatwork areas or vertical applications, we also install waterfalls, fire pits, slab extensions, etc. From simple restoration of existing concrete in poor condition to look new again, or we can also create a custom masterpiece that is completely unique in design, texture and colors. This is without the expense or having to remove and re-pour your concrete Through many different surfacing materials and techniques we have used over our 25 years in the field, we our confident that we have the perfect permanent surfacing solution for everyone. We do accept credit cards and payment plan options. We offer seasonal discounts to direct surfacing from exterior to interior applications as seasons change. We also have maintenance programs, customer referral discounts, and reduced pricing on high volume applications. We also offer veteran and senior citizens discounts.

I have tried for many years to have someone come and resurface my old garage floor. No one wanted to touch it due to the wear and tear it recieved over the years. One guy came in and took measurments, never to return or call back. Well then theres Terrance. I called him to come and check out my garage floor and give me a quote. He arrived the same day. Took plenty of time explaining what had to be done and showing numerous pictures of recent jobs. He also had plenty of color patterns with him. Went into great detail of the process. Very professional. Gave me a quote and we agreed on a date to start. Stayed in touch before the job started to keep me abreast of all details and what needed to be done on my end. Terrance actually started a day early, which was great for me. He and his helper began sanding and grinding the floor. They did an excellent job. I would have never thought that it was possible to get that floor in such good prep condition. Over the next few days the process continued. They were very punctual and called each night to check on the condition. When the floor was finished I couldnt believe it was the same garage. What a beautiful job he did. Took plenty of time to explain the care needed to allow the floor to cure and even left a bag of extra chips in case I had an accident.
Overall I would highly recommend Terrance for any concrete or resurfacing jobs. They were very professional, kind, timely, courteous, and paid great attention to detail. Truely an artist at his profession!
