Continued to raise rates without prior notice. Workk was inferior: Numerous times homeowner needed to call in complaint for areas missed. Buisiness owner would respond to complaints however he was very rude on a number of occassions. Owner refused to mow lawn siting low branches on trees scratching the arms of hiw workers; however, he would be happy to trim the offending branches for $200.00. After hiring another contractor, discovered that workers had not been mowing and trimming the farthest area of property around and behind garage an area which was out of line of sight.
