They are always thorough and do a good job so we don't have problems year to year.

Two days later unit was froze up again.  Called company, earliest they would come back was 1/29/16.  Same tech then said he doesn't know much about these units and had to call the manufacturer (Fujitsu) and left. Keep in mind, Fujitsu lists them as a recommended contractor for these units. I never heard anything so I called the owner/manager, John, in early February, who said they are still waiting to hear from Fujitsu. I asked them if they want to just refund me the money paid and I'll call another company to repair the unit.  He said, no they will get it repaired.  Called two more times in February and was told John was not available and had to leave voicemails--no calls were returned.  Called 3/9/16, John did talk to me and immediately said I should just get another company to do it, because I was "rude" to him for suggesting a refund a month earlier.  He refused to provide a refund for the money paid, so I had to file a credit card chargeback against the company.

Have used Dent's before and been satisfied as well.

My tenants had advised me they were having problems with the whole house A/C.  The system was 13 yrs old and had completely stopped working. I called Terry Dent and he went out to check the system and advised it was not repairable.  He recommended the correct size unit for the house size.  He sent me a detailed estimate of everything he would do when he installed the new unit which included, among other things, new sheet metal return elbow and a condensate pump to pump the condensate outside. I was unable to be there when the work was done but I was always able to speak with Terry for updates and for any questions.  My renters were really happy with the unit and pleased with the men who installed the unit, how pleasant they were and how well they cleaned up the area. When I went to the house I was able to confirm what a good job they had done. They hauled away the indoor and outdoor units. When they put in the new panel they explained everything very clearly to the tenant.  I would definitely choose them again.
