Beware: The owner is Marcus Geiser. Smooth talker. I made an advance down-payment (shame on me). He worked a total of 8 hours then didn't come back. Always had an excuse; I had to get another contractor. I was able to get my $$ back after I repeatedly threatened to report him to the Atty General. Apparently this wasn't the first time he took $ and didn't do the job. Search the internet. Google marcus geiser.
