my son is attending school in the area and we live 100+ miles away. I checked Angie's List looking for a referral for auto service. I called Monro because they were close to his location and had a good review. I called to let them know that the car was going to be towed there. They evaluated the car and found that the radiator cap blew. They replaced the cap, replaced the antifreeze that leaked out and checked for any other related damage. I was charged what seemed to me to be a very fair price and was very appreciateive of the professional and courteous way the entire situation was handled.

I went into this convinced that I needed a new tire. The guy at the garage took my tire off plugged the hole recounted the tire, drove it around then told me that I need to call them if anything happens. He said that he would refund all my money if the flat came back. 2 months later and the tire is still running strong.

Roy was vary though in looking the truck over and was straight forward as to what was wrong. An got everything fixed ASAP for us at got fair price.
