When came for first appointment  was told he was in a hurry wanted to go home early.    Set up another time.  It had to be a Friday  so i made the time work, NO SHOW.    set it up again   NO SHOW.     No phone call no nothing.      Call Later to ask to talk to owner.was  told he was on the road and secretary could reinstate my service,  I said i didnt cancel it.  The technician supposedly said I did,  I said really they can do that. Then was told he didnt work there any more.  I said don't you think someone should have checked with his clients  no response.  Next day i received a return call and was told owner didn't have time for me. She said she was to apologize again which she never did to begin with and that fridays were a problem for me.  I said no     NO SHOWS  were the problem. Then she proceeded to tell me there where other exterminators in my area  and started to recite the list of them   I hung up.  I would say thats wasnt appropriate.Wow still cant believe it........
