They've been very accommodating. It was New Year's Eve and we had just taken a trip to Western Pennsylvania, which is about a four-hour trip and our windows would not respond. It would not go up when we were 15 minutes from home so I called them the next morning and they took the car in on New Year's Eve. They looked at it and they did what they had to do. The window did go up before I took it in but they checked it over to make sure that there wasn't any electronical issue with it. I was told that it was okay.

They were excellent. I think they did very well because I was looking for a specific car and they stood out to where they got the one that I wanted. I thought that the representor was a really, really good guy. I thought he was knowledgeable, very helpful and he wasn't pushy at all. They were more than accommodating and they literally searched the entire state of Pennsylvania and a couple of other spots to get the one I wanted. Their pricing was very good. They came out the best out of five different dealers. The one who did the paper work at the end was excellent as well and very knowledgeable. I fished out five different dealerships online and each of them came back with a quote and a couple of them called, Independence Honda being one, and we talked of every different options and all those types of stuff and they still came in with a better price. I thought their service was good.

They worked with us to get a good financing deal and a car that we are very happy with. The service package was great.

I was told at inspection all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced, after only 1 year, they failed me at inspection. I went to another local large garage and they said the tires were passing. I went to get somthing out of my trunk a few weeks after I came from the garage and my late husbands tool box was missing. They claim no responsibilty for the tool box or the tires I had to replace for the fine cost of $1000.
