Contacted Don in August 2015 and he came out promptly and provided a quote.  I entered into a contract with him and paid 50% down.  I was not in a hurry to have it done and he provided a winter discount and said it would be installed by March 31, 2016.  Over the winter I contacted him a few times about the start date which he indicated would be mid-March.  Whenever I contacted him, either by phone or email, he got back to me very promptly.  He was the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with.  He started the day he promised and had a whole team on my house and got the job done very efficiently.  I am very happy with the results and had no problems during or after installation.  Don is very professional and I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him.

After starting the siding project three months late, and Don, the owner, was given 50% up front per his request, the crew was consistently late, worked half days and were very unprofessional. The project manager, Don, would show up for short periods of time in the morning (no more than 20 minutes) and then leave. The crew did not know what they were doing. There are visible nails in the aluminum fascia also siding that was installed unevenly at the corners, You can see seams from both sides when looking at the house this  should not happen.  siding wasn't nailed right as per the instructions on the box also made very poor cuts of aluminum  capping and over lapped it wrong.   They never cleaned up after themselves and left food out I have had three other contractors look at the job and they have confirmed that the siding was done wrong and will have to come down and the project will have to be started over. I have photos of the work and will attach them to this review. As per company's response, project was inspected by product manufacturer. Manufacturer states in writing, unsatisfactory and inproper installation as per manufacturer installation guidelines. Manufacturer also confirmed poor miter cuts and uneven joints also improper and excessive overlap, improper clearance into receiver, this installation was no where near industry standards. i took don verge to court and won after showing all the facts and proof of all the bad work him and his company provided to me, but  he ignored the judgment from the court as I haven't received anything back from Pocono home exteriors or don verge he does not stand behind his company  that's very bad business, facts are facts does the company have a response now

The job went very well. Don Verge, the owner, came over to the house and met with me ahead of time; he gave me an estimate (I had gotten 3 estimates and his was the most reasonable). He was able to do everything I wanted including installing the gutter system on the house. The work was done in a timely fashion. Don took care of getting all of the permits. He even purchased two carbon monoxide detectors for me when the agency issuing the permits required them. He did not charge me for this.

I do not live in this home since it is a vacation home, so I truly appreciated that Don kept me up to date on what was happening on the job. When we ran into a few rainy days, he always let me know when they would be resuming work. I could not have asked for a more attentive and professional contractor

Don Verge, the contractor, was at the site everyday first thing in the morning to assure all is going well and we were happy. He dealt with the zoning board to get all the permits needed and was here for every inspection to handle things personally.































































































































The start of the project was delayed by 2 weeks because of weather. Don quoted a 6 week construction time from start to finish and held to that even when we caused a week delay with concrete work we decided to do after construction started.































































































































Don held to his quoted price. We did have one additional cost for work that we added when we asked him to put in a drain field to help eliminate water problems in the basement.































































































































The sub-contractors he used were also very professional. No cigarette butts, cursing or unpleasant behavior. The job they did was just what we expected.































































































































I talk with the zoning inspector and she was very pleased with our contractor as well. She was impressed with how fast the work was being done and how well it was performed.































































































































Issues:































































































































Hurricane Sandy blew off 5 shingles from the addition roof. Don sent out the roofer 2 days later and it was fixed at no cost.
