Car Washes
$21
The automated car wash is OK.
But the manual vacuums were not in good condition. The first one I tried to use had such poor suction, and was duct-taped together, I could not clean the inside of the car. I had to move my car to another bay.
The second bay worked OK.
But the big problem here is that when one uses a credit card to prepay for manual wash and vacuuming, the card is overcharged.
I used three vacuum sessions (3:00 each, $1.00 each) but my credit card was charged $11.50.
Trying to get a refund or a credit is almost impossible with this company. They do not respond to telephone calls or messages, or to letters.
This has happened twice. The first time was on my Capital One card. And after unsuccessfully getting a response from this company, and since Capital One was unable to reach them either (!) CapOne just issued me a credit directly.
This second time i used my Amex card. Same story.
BEWARE OF USING YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PREPAY MANUAL SERVICES.
