Auto Towing Service
Digging out of the great snowstorm last week, my second car was covered in about 14" of snow.
Tried to dig it out, but when I tried to move it forward it only got stuck worse.
Tried to tow it with my other car. Wouldn't move.
Tried to drive it out, but wheels kept spinning in the ice, and created even deeper trenches in the soil.
Called J&J.
They responded quickly, and sent a very qualified operator.
He was unable to perform the usual hook-and-tow on this situation.
So he improvised.
He jacked up the car and placed a 4x8 board to cover the trenches.
was able to drive it out.
Was very impressed with his presence of mind, and his ability to solve the problem at hand with an alternative method.
Very pleasant person, efficient, present in the moment, and accomplished what was needed to solve the situation.
Will definitely call again, and will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
