He took off the storm door and pulled out the frame.  I was sent to the store to get wood.  No door frame was used when reinstalled.  He yanked out the dishwasher. 

If the projects were done correctly, I would have found the price reasonable.  Personally, a mess was left for me to clean up.  I even looked at all the reports and advise on this provider before hand and it all looked good.  This was my first time using Angie's List.

It went very well.  They are very congenial.  We usually use Bob and he is very nice.

Bill & I removed the two panels and he replaced the wheels in the base with ones that I had purchased on the web. He then installed a stainless steel sleeve I had also purchased over top the rail on the base that the doors wheels roll on (because it was all chewed up). We reassembled the door and wrapped up the project in little more than one hour. It works like new!

Since they charge a minimum of 2 hours time, he asked if there was anything else he could help with. I asked him to help me repair a masonry ornamentation on my front porch. I needed to buy epoxy to complete that task, but he drilled out the holes, which was what I had wanted him to do.

He is meticulous, intelligent, knows how "things work", careful and just the kind of person I was very pleased to have working on a project. I'd definitely hire him again.

He was here for a couple of hours. He was excellent. He was methodical. He did not get side tracked. He was well organized. He did what he had to do. He was very neat and very plain. He was good and I want to get him again. I would use him in the future.

The process was very simple.  I called the company, told them of my needs, they provided me with the price.  The person i spoke with was extremely friendly and provide a great explanation of the process and cost. I was not at home of the time of the installation, but they completed the job within the time frame they estimated.  They did advise me that if it would take longer or if other materials would be needed I would be charged accordingly.  Was happy that the time frame was met.  I thought the cost per hour was a little steep, but since a friend had used them for numerous jobs and recommended them, I was willing to meet their price.

It was an average job. He came in and did the work. It was a simple job and I probably could have done it myself. He was going to change the thing that the spigot goes down into, but he couldn’t get it out and so he changed the washer. It stopped the leak that I had. It wasn’t a big job and was a regular job. The price was average. They came out in a timely manner and fixed it. They were courteous and punctual too. I don’t have any issues with them and I would probably use their services again in the future.

Bill is very conscientious and will take on any job. His work is good and he is very professional but also a nice guy. He takes care to clean up after his work and is careful in the house. He is not able to do high work (I have a three story house) but they sometimes have someone who can. He seems very knowledgable about home repair and does work thoroughly.

Bill was prompt, professional, and a really nice guy. He did the work accurately and in a timely fashion, and he made suggestions which we utilized. We will definitely use them again.

Bill was friendly and professional. He arrived exactly at the expected times both days he was here and he did a great job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
