Poked a hole through the bathroom into the bedroom while installing the vanity mirror; installed new countertop with a chip in it; sink drain plug didn't work after he installed it. He did offer to fix all of the above, including painting the bedroom wall, repairing the chip, and fixing the drain plug. But, based on what we'd experienced to that point, we terminated installation of the tub and surround.

I understand that most people have an issue or two during construction but Shane Tunbridge was a nightmare.
