Roofing
Covered up old insulation in attic with new, placed too much, covered up baffles, no proper ventilation and now I have mold in the attic. We took him to small claim court, he told the DJ is was our fault for having pull down steps that weren't sealed properly. However the steps were there for 25 years and we never had a problem before. Also our insurance company's engineer gave us a report that said the mold was a result of improper installation of the insulation. Now we have to pay to get the mess cleaned up.
