Fred is extremely knowledgeable and a true master of his craft. His many years of experience and his love of his job are apparent from the beginning. He will tell you what you need to do to solve the problem in addition to providing extermination services to solve the immediate problem. If anyone will know what needs to be done, it's Fred. He's the kind of guy that can look at a dust pile on your kitchen floor and immediately tell you that the window above it is taking on water which has allowed ants to build a nest. (True story) His rates are pretty low, I think, for the amount of expertise you are getting.

Went well, provided a pre-treatment list to follow. Fleas are gone. Learned a lot about fleas, and helped in decluttering my home.

We were interested in changing from the pest control company that we had used for several years.
We contacted Bugman LLC mid-February to arrange for a quote for quarterly interior and exterior pest control.  They called us the same day and scheduled a visit the same week.  Joe came on time and was very professional including putting on shoe covers.  
I had read previous reviews and knew he was very willing to answer questions (and we had many).  It's obvious that he is well educated in his field, enjoys his work and wants the customer to be part of the 'pest management team'.
This is a family run small business.
He spent over an hour talking with us and examining every room in our home including the attic.  He then explained what his plan was and why he would use certain products.  
One of the many things that impressed us was telling us about a pest control strip that he recommended for the attic - suggesting we buy it at a Walmart, Lowes, etc. as it would far less expensive than what he would have to charge .
Later that week, after meeting with other pest control companies, we signed an annual contract for quarterly interior/exterior applications.  His mother, the business manager, was very pleasant and helpful with scheduling a date to suit our needs and again when we had to change it.
The first appointment was yesterday - again Joe arrived on time, was professional and answered more questions including information about stink bugs and, because we travel a lot, told us ways to avoid bringing bedbugs into our home.
He will return in a few weeks when the snow has melted to do the exterior treatment and check for entry points for mice, etc.
We are quite confident that we have made a wise choice and saved money as an unexpected bonus.
The $110 is for each quarter.

Called in the morning and Joe showed up later that afternoon. He found the nest of yellow jackets under our deck. Sprayed with tempo dust. He told me that this should take care of the problem but if I see more within 3 days I just have to call. We have had no problem with bees since he left. We did have a large area rug thrown under the deck for our cat and the nest was under that. I removed the rug and was shocked at the size of the nest but no signs of bees. Thank you so much!

Joe arrived, friendly and professional. Surveyed situation, provided a reasonable estimate. I accepted and he went to work. First method did not appear to reach the nest. So he employed a second method. Said call if you see bees in 7 to 10 days. Two (2) days later, no bees. Nice job, but if I see any am confident that Bugman LLC will return and redo treatment.

I called the Bugman after several failed attempts to kill a yellow jack nest inside an exterior wall next to my driveway. I called at 8 in the morning and he was out by 10, arriving promptly at 10:00. He was finished quickly using an expanding foam product. He guarantees his work and said to call him back if I see even one yellow jacket 5 days from now. After he was done spraying I told him that I was starting to see carpenter ants in the house. We walked around my property and he pointed out landscaping issues that I should correct to address the carpenter ants and he also told me about some products I could try myself to get rid of them and where to place the products. He said that if I can't get rid of them myself that I should call him. He also said that if I have questions about any bugs or pests that I could call him and he could give me advice for free.

Bugman LLC (Fred and wife) have done well at keeping our bugs under control and he manages to do this with just two or three visits each year. Further, I like his precision and judicious use of materials. He stands behind his work and his prices are reasonable. We've been quite pleased with his work and will continue to use his services.

Fred was very knowledgeable, very personable, and dedicated to helping solve my pest problems. Also very trustworthy, and does not try to oversell anything. He actually came out on a follow up tripwhen I saw some more ants and did not charge me anything. On that trip we discovered a gap in mydrywall that I didn't know was there.
Fred will do more than just spray; he will help you figure out the root of the problem so that you can solve itonce and for all.

We utilized Angie's List to locate him and I'm glad we did. We were very happy with how he dealt with things and what he did. He is very responsive and I like his communication. He gets back to you and talks to you. He provides extra information and goes the extra mile. We intend to use him in again because we've spent all our visits to take care of it.

Excellent Sprayed and killed thenest

The pest control guy came out, climbed up and took care of the problem. He then gave us a guarantee but we didn’t need to use it. It’s all fine now. Our experience with them was satisfactory. He was friendly and came out as per my schedule. He showed up and told me about the cost. I then told him to go ahead and he did the work. He told me what he was doing and it was fine. He first took care of the wasps and he decided not to apply anything for the digger bees. He told me that the best way to drive them out was to put black plastic over the walk for a period of time. I was going to pay him but he said that he would first go out to get the black plastic in order to take care of it. He told me not to pay him until he actually finished his work. So that was fine. I didn’t compare his price with other companies since we didn’t get any estimates. The quality of his work was fine. He took care of the problem first in a reasonable way. He didn’t do anything to our environment and we are very pleased. He was responsive since he came right out. In fact, he tried to convince me that the digger bees weren’t dangerous and told me to leave them alone. However, my father is allergic to bee stings and so there was no way we could have them. His punctuality wasn’t an issue for us. We knew as to when he would come and he came out within the time specified. His professionalism was excellent. This is the first time we used their services since we are new in the area. If need be, then we would have him out again.

They were the best; I can’t say anything but that. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They charged me what they said it would be. I paid $175 for the job; it was very reasonable. I wouldn’t use anybody but them.

Very easy and pleasant to deal with, Bugman was very accommodating when it came to scheduling a time for treating my house. Prompt and courteous, he also provided excellent tips and advice for improving bug-free living. I was very, very happy with the service and have retained him for regular quarterly visits.

He was the exterminator at my place of work, so I made it a point to hire him since I was already familiar with his work. I knew I could trust him. He looked at the problem on Wednesday and told me he'd be back on Saturday to take care of it and he was. It ended up costing exactly what he said it would. He watched where the ants were going to their nest and sprayed around the outside of my house, the crevices, awning and around the windows. He really enjoys what he does, he gets really excited about pests and getting rid of them. He is well educated and very trustworthy and I have to respect that. I asked for his cards so I could give them to anyone who asked me.

We heard scratching in walls of room above garage and found signs of mice in other parts of the house we had just purchased. Fred came out immediately and pointed out points of possible entry and place baits. After the baits were eaten, we sealed up all entry points and are now mouse free. Fred even gave advice on a couple of non-pest related home maintenance issues. He is prompt, friendly and helpful.
