We have used Phil since we moved to the area three years ago. He's done various repairs and maintenance on our heating and cooling systems and replaced our AC unit last year. He is a pleasure to work with - knowledgable, prompt, thorough, and just an all around good guy. His prices are fair and we will continue to use him in the future. Nancy is great also - she returns calls right away and makes scheduling a breeze.

Phil arrived on time, assessed the situation and made the repair (replacement) in roughly 1.5 hours. Replacement parts were top quality and the repair was far more professional than was the initial installation (builder). In addition, he installed a shut-off valve in the basement should future repairs be required, and chalked the new faucet in place.

The work done was good work. The shower faucet is still not 100% right but it works. I paid for all supplies and The plumber was here for 3 hours. I was charged 610 dollars so I can only assume I paid 200 dollars an hour for labor which I feel is outrageous.

"Thank you for the compliment for good work. The work was done in February but I received no phone call or e-mail saying there was a problem. I wish you would have so I could have addressed any problem or concerns. There were materials used that I had to supply in installing and repairing the items, so the statement that you supplied everything is not correct. I also did other work that same day than what you have listed here. The pricing is not based on hours, it is based on each individual job. T&M pricing is not fair to the homeowner since the mechanic can drag the job out for hours at the truck, supplyhouse, etc. Many factors go into pricing which includes office overhead, truck, health and business insurance, tools and equipment, certifications, licensing,advertising, education. I pride myself in providing great customer satisfaction. Please contact me if you have any other concerns."

Incredibly well - Faretti's did a great job hand-holding us through the design build; and suggesting cost-effective ways to achieve the period-appropriate results we wanted in this circa 1760 home. The sub-contractors they used were real artists - you can barely see the seams in the custom molding & flooring. Everything came in on budget, on time (despite material delivery delays); and exactly the way we hoped it would look. Highly recommended - good, honest folks you can trust.

Flawlessly - on-site within two hours of calling for service. Tested old unit, isolated problem and gave us several options. Called to reserve a replacement unit, picked it up; and returned in a couple hours. Team was careful to cover carpeting and entrance, Install was quick and efficient, and everything was cleaned up and left spotless. Unit has worked great; and is much more efficient the old unit. Definitely will use them again for service, and highly recommend them.

This problem was quite involved and covered a number of different repair categories and skill sets to successfully address.   This problem could have been much worse if it were not for the excellent job performed by Phil and is associate.
Phil and his associate were prompt, efficient, effective and professional throughout the process. My wife and I were extremely pleased with how this problem was addressed and the service provided by Phil and his associate.  In addition, we both were very comfortable with the price associated with the complex job.  It is therefore, my pleasure to give my highest recommendation to Phil , his staff and the service provided.
