"Hi [Member Name Removed] , I'm sorry to hear about your situation with the trees, you purchased your trees from either lowes or Home Depot not from a professional nursery like where i buy all of our planting material , when i get the planting material from a professional nursery you have a warranty of a year ,including labor and you were informed about that, I cannot guaranteed their plants because i Don't buy plants there !! the second year i was there the trees did not showed any problems, and please correct me if im wrong but we did not just 2 , we did about 10 if not more. Last year I told you to stop watering them,because trees DO N O T NEED TO BE WATER EVERY DAY!!!!! As far as not being planted deep enough? If that was the case every tree would've died , Your house was recently build and the ground still settling, this combined with too much water could cause the ground to settle even more, not to mention the harsh winter we had , the weather also plays a big roll here, i wish you had called me and I'm sure i could've help you somehow, before you trash me and degrade me like I don't know what I'm doing , i have being in business for 16 years and i have customers that have being with me for 10+ years , Yes i was maybe the higher estimate but thats because i run a legitimate business, and I'm not a flight by night !! And lastly this is the first Time i hear about the evergreens not doing so hot ,it could be a number of things not just the Landscaping company's fault, but some customers want the trees guaranteed for life and that is just not possible. Don't use this site to trash a good business just because you couldn't get anything for free!"

"Hello Mr. [removed member name] if my memory isn't wrong I believe your wife call my office and said that you wanted to know details of what will be included with project. I sent you a written estimate after a few days by mail and I never heard anything back! I'm not the type of guy that us going to ring your phone 15 times a day to harass you when I know you are very busy yourself . That's why I sent it thru mail! Few months later I drove by and nothing was done so I thought you decided to hold on on project! Bur if you still interested or there is something I can do you can contact me.
