The service was fine. They were prompt and were there about 2 1/2 hours total to do the work and travel back to the shop to get the parts. A few weeks after service was performed, we received a bill for $862 with no itemization of parts, labor, or time. I called, said the price seemed way out of proportion, and received a call back from the owner stating that there was a calculation error and multiple items were accidentally added to the invoice twice. I was told the new "actual" cost and the bill immediately came down to $500. I don't see why the owner was the one processing the invoices that day, but I believe there was a chance they saw us as new homeowners who didn't know costs and tried to take advantage of us (there is no way for me to prove this theory). I will not use them again, or recommend that any of my friends to use them. If you do use them, I would at least request an estimate up front so that this doesn't happen to you.

He came promptly and on time when called to unplug our toilets. He never asked for more money than what was quoted over the phone. I finally hired him to install a new toilet downstairs. He gave me an estimate and that is what he billed me. Once again he came on time, went to work immediately; and when he was finished he cleaned away all cartons and all debris.11/
