We wanted someone to provide the detail we couldn't. The walls, being formerly wallpapered, had a lot of wallpaper debris (small pieces of paper, glue) that was left behind. We specifically told them we needed that stuff cleaned up before painting. Unfortunately, they did some token scraping, but mostly just primed and painted right over all the debris, leaving the small bits of paper and glue looking like small paint lumps. They were in a hurry to get out every day, even though they didn't have another job to go to. The owner was formerly retired, but got back into it to give his son and grandson a career. Unfortunately, neither really has the skill set to continue the business.
