Last year our AC stopped working in one zone of the house. We were told the AC unit needed to be replaced and paid over $3,000. This year our heat in the same zone stopped working. WHY PAY MORE came out, took a look, and told us the whole boiler needed to be replaced. This time we called another contractor for a second opinion. Turns out it was just a part that needed replacing, for $250. So now I am not sure if these guys should be trusted. Did they accidently overlook the part that needed replacement, or were they just looking to make more money off of us?
