The worse ever. Have a year of issues, but starting with them not being able to get me a phone line, they tried 3 times before they realized they weren't connecting the wires properly. 3 visits where they tried to tell me it was my lines and not theirs. Then billed me incorrectly multiple times. Every time I tried to get it resolved was talking to someone in India who I couldn't understand and couldn't resolve the issue. Billed me for wrong services, then when I moved they wanted to bill me more for a SLOWER service than a faster one because their lines couldn't handle it. I have spent well over 60 hours on the phone trying to resolve issues and getting the runaround. Would never, ever, ever use Verizon again. They make the cable company actually look good.
