they did a great job.  I like to come home and see results, or a difference from when I left.  I was definitely happy with their work.

I used them once and it was okay, not great. There were three people who came, but they worked for a pretty short period of time, I think it was a little less than one hour. The work turned out good, but not great. My interaction with the provider was good. I did not see much difference in the house after they worked., but the house was already clean.  

I've been using Nizia and her team for the past three months and I'm quite happy. They never take more than an hour and I've yet to see anything I consider "missed." Sometimes email response is a little long but I get the impression it's just Nizia managing contact and schedule, so it's understandable.

Thorough job of cleaning, very professional service.

Super Green is a small company, but it is run very efficiently, and professionally. They respond very quickly to my requests for extra cleanings, or changes in plans, and accommodate. They don't use harsh chemicals, which may result in a "different" clean then most people are used to, but the house is clean after they are finished.
I will continue to use them as long as they continue to perform at a consistent high level, and will recommend to others as well.
I have used other cleaning services before, and they have either failed in their reliability or ability to provide a consistently good service. So far Super Green has been very reliable, and continues to perform at a very high level, which is why they are the best cleaners I have used so far.

Attentive, perfectionist, first time we used them and owner stopped by for a spot inspection. Owner explained costing and # people up front, no issues what so ever. we actually put them on a 6 week cycle moving forward we were so impressed.

It went OK... however I did point out some things that they missed... dusting whole a room that they thought they had finished, for example.  They were very willing and went right back and did it.  They worked from the moment they got here up to the minute that they left.  It would have helped if I had given them a list of my priorities so they could have done a more in depth job on my higher priorities.  Based on that I would definitely have them again...
However...
 They were suppose to call back and give me a bid for future cleaning.  (I got  this service through a deal on Angie's list.)    I never got a followup call from them with the pricing was promised.  

The Super Green Cleaners came for the Big Deal that I purchased and spent several hours cleaning our home. We were very happy with the service. They were thorough and kind and we are happy to continue working with them.

I bought a coupon for 2 hours of house cleaning.  With 3 people cleaning the house it only amounted to 40 minutes (maybe I didn't read the fine print to understand this) so my entire house was not cleaned.  What they did touch they did well (and I am a pretty picky person because I can clean my house very well but I don't want to spend the time doing it) but I wasn't able to assess how they would clean the other areas of my home.

I would tell a friend or a family member that they are very good. Their price is midrange. It is not very good but it is not very bad also. I have not had them many times. I only had them twice. He was supposed to come after one and I am still waiting for them. They are never this late though. They are very professional.

Nizia was prompt in contacting me after the initial purchase of the big deal and cooperative scheduling the date of service. She arrived with an associate so the work was performed in half the time which was convenient for me. They were polite and thorough accomplishing more than I expected in the time purchased. I would definitely use their service again.

My wife and i keep the house pretty clean and free of clutter.  We only wanted part of the house cleaned.  We are expecting a family visit so we thought we'd give the house a good cleaning.  We have had the house cleaned a few times before and the price was $130 - $150.  None of the services we used before were available at the time we needed them.  
Nizia responed promptly to my call and we agred to have her clean the house without setting a price.  She arrived pomptly with two helpers.  I showed Nizia what had to be cleaned, 6 rooms 1 and 1/2 baths.and was surprised by her price of $215!    I reserved judgement thinking this might mean we were going to get a super deep cleaning. Wrong. it was an average cleaning job and they were done in 1 1/2 hours  
Three people, 1 1/2 hours = 4.5 work hours 
$215/4.5 =  $47.78/hr is, in my opinion, a pretty steep price for housecleaning.
Would recommend you get a price quote from Nizia before you hire her to clean your home.

I was very happy with the work done by Nizia and her assistant.  They were very pleasant and responsive to my requests.  I strongly recommend them to others.

Both cleanings were very well-done, including in & under cabinets, under the sink, microwave, etc - thorough enough that our very picky landlady refunded the deposit. They were late by about an hour to the first appointment, so we asked them to send us a text just before going to the second appointment, which worked well. Moving-related cleanings are generally more expensive, so while I'm not entirely happy about the price, it doesn't seem to be specific to this provider. I will ask them for a quote when I'm looking for more cleaning to be done.

I noticed things this team cleaned many days after the service. 
I am hoping that I will get my home in order  enough to ask that ALL rooms be cleaned.
I wonder, could my garage/ workshop be part of this?

Apparently there were 4 people cleaning my house, but I didn't see them because I was not able to be there. I had tried to have my house cleaned before that but it had not worked out. The worst thing about this group is That I found them to be difficult to get ahold of. And I think the customer service could improve. BUT the price was awesome since I'd got a deal on Angie's List! When I returned a week later- and it had only been my husband and our dog at home- the place still felt much cleaner than when I'd left it. Please realize that housekeeping in the summer takes a backseat to all the other activities going on. Cleaning 1.5 floors of 2 in my house is really good! De-dogging and cleaning bedrooms is not the easiest feat. Well done.

I'm trying to get my house ready to sell and they helped with areas that are hard to clean.  There were scuffs and marring on the dining room table and chair legs, they cleaned those up as good as they could.  They did a terrific job cleaning a shower stall.  They cleaned doors and doorways and stairway spindles as well.  The owner showed up with a helper, there was a slight communication problem.  They did a good job and worked hard, I'm generally pleased with their work.

The team was friendly, punctual, cleaned well and the company was very communicative.
We were very pleased with the work and are arranging an ongoing cleaning schedule.
Highly recommend.

Like a SWAT team! Three high energy women getting the job done!

Everything was excellent as far as everything that they did. They were friendly, courteous and wanted to know what I needed done and when they were done, they asked me if there was anything else that I needed done. They did a good job. They brought their own supplies and they brought their own sweeper. I would use them again.

UPDATE - 10-17-2013:   I fired Nazia and her team today after learning that they helped themselves to something in my home without my permission.  When Super Green was here every other week to clean, I would be in the downstairs family room (finished basement) to stay out of their way.  I have always told them that if they need anything, to come and let me know. Two weeks ago when they were here, they helped themselves to flavored bottled water I had in my garage. They admitted this to me when I asked them about it today.  I am not concerned about the water itself, but I AM concerned that they helped themselves without asking.  The flavored water was in the garage, on storage shelves, and there were 3 six-packs, lined up one behind the other.  They chose to reach back to the second six-pack, open it, and take 2 bottles.  This water was on the shelves in the garage and actually belongs to my brother who is in an assisted living facility.  I periodically take him soft drinks and flavored water, and this was his water.  Nazia's team just assumed they could help themselves.  The water can easily be replaced. I'm not concerned so much about the water, but this is an issue about trust.  They gave no thought to helping themselves, in spite of the fact that I said to ask me if they needed anything.  They said that other customers always say to help themselves to water if they need it.  Then why didn't they take some cold water from either the kitchen faucet or from the water dipenser on the outside of my refrigerator?  The water they took was warm and on the shelves in the garage. I reminded them that I never said it was OK for them to "help themselves" .  If they would have asked, I certainly would not have given them the flavored water that belongs to my brother.  They offered to replace the water, but I explained that the water itself wasn't the issue; this issue is trust.  I don't think they understood my view. I don't feel that I can continue to trust them, so they will no longer be cleaning my house. 

ORIGINAL POSTING IN JULY, 2013:   It turned out rather well. I actually signed up for that company to come out to my house to clean every other week now for $90. They have been back again since our initial appointment. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. They didn't ask for additional money beyond that for the initial $89. They did not have time to clean the other bathroom on the second floor. They said they didn't have time to do that but that bathroom is included in the biweekly price now when they come by every other week. For the price, they're the same range as others. I would say they're competitive. For the initial visit, they were a little late.

Super Green Cleaning LLC came out right away. They were very pleasant, very nice and did a good job. They were terrific. They were professional and very pleasant. The two of them did a good job.

Services used twice so far - reliable and of good quality. Importantly, only environmentally responsible cleaning products are used which are safe for humans, pets and the environment.

Nizia comes once a week and brings 1-2 assistants.  They clean quickly but thoroughly, and are respectful and not obtrusive - which is important since I work from home and often must be on a phone call, etc.  They are good with my dog, who generally does not like 'outsiders' in the home - but he does really well with them.   When done, the house looks great and smells fresh, and seems to stay clean longer than if I clean myself.
We have been using this service for about 6 months now and are very satisfied.  Before that, I had wanted to get regular cleaning but had bad experiences with other companies being unreliable, unprofessional, and very expensive.  I was thinking that we would just have to do all the cleaning ourselves and then I found Nizia and Super Green Cleaning!

It went well.  Nizia brought another worker along and they started on time and finished on time.  I have a hardwood kitchen floor, which always seems to have a residue of dirt on it despite regular cleaning.  She was able to get rid of the residue.  The rest of the rooms seem clean and dust free.
