We had problems and they came back until we didn't have any problems.
I found them to be professional and experienced.
I guess the price was fair. The were good about coming out multiple times and fixing stuff that was done so poorly on the initial installation. I dealt with different people. The person who did the installation was incompetent, but the people they sent out to fix his errors were much better
we had to leave for an emergency before the job was complete they did what they needed to do to finish. the supervisor came back the next day to pick up the balance due.
they went out of their way to be helpful and they seemed to have fun doing it.
During my call to the company, Pedro was very helpful and friendly. He could have had someone come over the very next day, but I wasn't available so we set it for the following Tuesday. We arranged for a time and he said that Joe would arrive between 1:00 and 2:00. He did arrive promptly. Joe did an excellent job for us and he thoroughly and patiently answered each of our questions.
As an aside: This is the second time that we've hired this company. The first time was about two years ago. They came out to fix our other furnace. The cause of that problem apparently was something that was not easy to deduce. We were impressed when the owner came out to assist and he brought with him a machine that he'd invented. With that machine, they found the cause very quickly. They then repaired it straight away and that furnace is still functioning well to this day. We would be glad to hire them again.
