They repaired the window when it would not go up or down. They have also replaced the battery and completed another repair. They are located only a block from our house so we can drop the car off and walk back home. When they give us a date for the work being done, that’s exactly what happens. We have ever had any problems. Everything has been perfect!

I used Service Tire for routine oil and tires for over 10 years and only changed because my work location changed. I found them to always be professional and trustworthy.

Russ and Pat always take extra good care of their customers. They are honest, quick, and do quality work. Tough to find mechanics of this caliber! Highly recommended.

As usual the it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I had called in for an appointment and was able to get my car in within a day or two. I had expressed none of my issues were high priority but if they were I'm sure they would have got me in right away. I wrote a letter and included it with my key describing all the fixes I needed. I felt this was going to be an expensive thing and stated a few times in my letter that the car was old and I would have to make decisions based on that.
In the any case, when I received the call giving me an update, I was surprised to find that the mechanic gave me an estimate that was several hundred below what I thought it would be. Further I never felt like I was being taken for a ride but rather they were doing all they could to help me keep the cost down.
This is why I love taking my car here. This is my third time and every time they always do a great job, they treat me right, never make me feel like I'm getting taken advantage off, I guess I'm just comforted knowing I've found a mechanic now.
One last thing and I never got to posting this here on Angie's List about my 2nd visit to Service Tire and Auto but when I brought my car in the 2nd time, the owner actually saved me from calling my Father to pick me up from there and personally dropped me off at my house. I really feel that was so nice of him. Not that I lived that far from the shop, but still, to do that for a customer is WAY beyond anything I would have expected. They really are a very nice group of people!

I had a wonderful experience at Service Tire Auto Service center. Right when I walked in I met the Manager who politely greeted me. I explained the situation and he said he could get me in in moments and have the job completed in 20 minutes or so. During the initial wait, I was happy to see so many customers who knew the manager by first name and even more surprised that he knew theirs by first name too. That is always a nice touch. Anyway, I was shown my tire and the puncture in the sidewall and that it could not be repaired. I asked if there was any cheap tire I could use to have it replaced only because I wasn't going to keep this car for long. He suggested a particular brand at a rather good price. I said lets go with it. I asked should I replace both rear tires and he suggested it wasn't necessary if the other rear tire was not giving me any troubles. I appreciated that! Anyway, despite his records showing he would have this tire in stock he was not able to locate it immediately. He knew I was probably on my way to work and was concerned to get me on the road as soon as possible. Given that, he instead said he would use a slightly higher brand tire but still charge me for the lower price tire which he could not find. That is awesome! Anyway, he got the mechanic to complete the job and sure enough in 10-15 minutes later it was all done. My car drives great and I had an absolute wonderful experience at Service Tire Auto Service Center.

And a last point, the manager (Russ, I think) used my first name when addressing me...again, a wonderful touch.

Very professional and friendly. Prompt and courteous service. Changed all four tires in less than an hour. Showed me old tires before disposing of and recommended alignment (even though they didn't have time to do it as was near closing). Observed them dealing with other customers in the same professional and helpful manner.
