As stated above it went great. Barb is the best realtor I have worked with. I have worked with several realtors over the year and have worked with some good ones, however Barb has exceeded all expectations in my opinion. She always responds immediately and she always has the time, regardless of how busy she is. She is always in control and understands the mechanics of a home. Her knowledge and experience make her the top of the class. I plan on using Barb for all my needs in the future. I am so thankful that I have met Barb.

Selling a home is not an easy task.  However, Barbara Wachter, of Re/Max helped us through it every step of the way.  From pricing suggestions, minor changes to the house to help the sale, open houses and constantly availability, she was fantastic.  I could not have had a better real estate agent.  Frankly, she helped us purchase this house years ago, as well as our current home.  So she helped us purchase 2 houses and sell our first over the last 5 years.  That should speak volumes in terms of her professionalism and expertise she provided us.
