The servicemen acted professional and the work was always done quickly (spraying along floorboards and windows inside) before doing a treatment on the outside. We have used Quest for 3 years on a quarterly schedule.

A Quest technician came to our home in December 2013 during a snow storm. When the technician left he got stuck in our yard. We helped him to free his truck because everyone at the office had gone home due to the storm. While stuck in our yard the service truck severed our landscaping lights. It is now may 2014 and our problem is still not resolved. The only person who will talk to me is the technician who got stuck in our yard. No one in management has contacted me from Quest.

The technician was very nice and very clean. He respected my requests and made sure to only spray in the areas I wanted.

I used them for two years. I liked them. They had an unauthorized visit, and they didn't charge me for it after I called. The quality of their work is good. They killed all of the spiders.
