Excellent service. Manicures tools are impeccably clean and sanitary. Staff is terrific.

This was my second time at Prizms.  My long-time hair stylist retired and I had to find someone new.  I was very happy with my cut and color on the first visit, so made another appointment.  I'm very satisfied with everything and already have my next appointment scheduled.

I recently moved into the area and had to leave my long-time hair stylist behind. After searching for a new salon and stylist, I found Prizms. I've been happy with my cuts, the salon is open and friendly, and I can now make all my appointments online and receive reminders by text messages.
No need for me to look any further. I'm very satisfied with Prizms..

Not contracted, too expensive.After comparing with other local services was able to get the same service for less than 1/2 the price.

I like Prizms Salon for hair styling services, they are reasonably priced. I normally go to Shea for services.

Scheduling an appointment using my voucher was easy and hassle free. I changed my date a couple times, and they were more than accommodating. My appointment was for 6pm on a Thursday night. I arrived early, and asked if I could upgrade to a Shellac polish. It was no problem! The salon is very cute, relaxed and updated. I was greeted with a smile, and everyone was very friendly. Gigi was my technician, and she was just wonderful. I have never had a pedi where the technician filed so much! My pedi alone was 1.5 hours. Some people may think that is too long, but not me. However, they may want to advise new clients of the duration when scheduling. I was very relaxed, and their massage chairs are new and verrry relaxing. I was able to browse a magazine, with just the right amount of conversation. I got a French, and she did it exactly the way I wanted.

My manicure was next, and I opted for the Shellac French as well. After such a lengthy and wonderful pedi, I have to admit I was just a bit disappointed in the mani. Although my nails looked perfect, the 'massage' part of the mani was lacking. However, it was getting to their closing time, and the rest of the salon was cleaning up for the night. BUT, my nails were perfect, and I never felt rushed when Gigi was applying the white to my nails.

Overall, I was there for over 2 hours. And trust me, I am not complaining! This is what a SPA mani/pedi should be =) But because so many places do not have such in depth services, I would recommend they let new clients know ahead of time how long to expect. If I didn't have a stylist I liked, I would absolutely consider trying their hair stylists. And although I am not able to have my nails done on a regular basis, I will certainly be back for another fantastic pedi!
