Sold 1 house, however that home had been on the market for 1 yr previously to Peter Hewitt taken it over. I feel that it was timing on that home and nothing that he actually did to sell it. At the settlement the buyers agent had a gift for the buyers. We were all at the table at the time and I commented to the agent how nice that was of him. In the parking lot after settlement Peter told us how he had a much nicer gift for us and that he would drop it off. I found this to be obnoxious considering that it is now 10 months and still no gift. Keep in mind that for 5 months of that time he was still contracted by us to sell a second home of our. The second home did not sell within the 6 month contract. There were several times within the 6 months that we would contact Peter that he would not respond. We would go as far as to ask did you get the email or text. There was an open house in our development that we had to point out to Peter in hopes that he would open house ours. He said they will see it. The other house sold during that open house. When the contract expired Peter then wanted immediate answers about another contract. When we said no he would not answer the email. He would not pick up his signs and he would not get the lock box off our front door and return our key. This went on for up to 6 weeks till he finally sent an agent to get lock box. The whole time he left our home on all sites and on the multi listing without having a contract with us to sell. He in fact did not remove our home from the multi listing for 3 full months after the contract had expired.

I have never had a Realtor be so rude with me while trying to list my home for sale. He won't even let us out of the contract now that we've expressed our discontent.
