They were very good. It always comes down to customer service, the way they treat you on the phone up until they treat you when they come out here. They are responsive and has good customer service. They are very thorough.

We have them out to spray our house for bugs and watch for termites. They are always on time and a pleasure to work with. Anytime I have a question mike is always willing to answer it and I never feel like he doesn't mind taking time out if his busy day to answer it.

They sprayed for carpenter ants and they came back and did a treatment in the summer. The guy seemed honest and he didn't try to find bigger problems. They were friendly and straight forward. I would recommend them.

We had a flea infestation brought in by our indoor/outdoor cat. We had
one treatment, which worked as described. The information provided was
accurate and complete, and, when I made an anxious follow-up call
because we were still seeing a few fleas, the person who answered the
phone was kind and helpful, explaining the flea life cycle for me
again. The young man who did the service was prompt and polite. We are
now free of fleas.

I found them on Angie's List, and they were fantastic! The serviceman that came out was incredibly knowledgeable and very nice. He gave me confidence that was doing a good job, and he knew what he was doing. Definitely A's.

I have been using them for four or five years. They come quarterly to provide service. They don't just come and spray. They will set traps and spray outside and whatever else we need. The few times I have had a problem, the owner has come out and checked to make sure the work was of high quality. They come when they say they are coming. I will continue to use them in the future.

On the date provided I called Pest Pro for some advice about a bug problem I was having. That's what I like about using Pest Pro. When there is a service needed , they are there for me. When I just need advice, they are there for me.

They are very clean, always on time and I never had any problem with them. They do good work and I never had any bugs or anything like that. They are excellent and get 10out of 10. Their price is very reasonable.
