Excellent work. My hot water heater broke over the weekend. I called Parenti on Monday. He arrived at 11:30 a.m. to look at the old water heater. He started the draining of the water out of the tank while he went to pick up the new water heater. He had the job completed by 2:30. I have used Parenti many times before and he has always done an great job. I would recommend him to everyone.

I contacted Mr. Parentis 6 times over the past month requesting a call to set up an appointment with no response. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
