Luiz and his team were great to work with. They were prompt, worked efficiently and did not leave until they cleaned up. I would recommend Luiz as he would not leave the job until we were completely satisfied. A true professional!

Paradise was great to work with. They did a great job. They removed and disposed of my old floors, leveled the base, installed the new floors and baseboards. Everything looks amazing. After they left I noticed one plank that was uneven. I called Luiz and they were back the very next day to fix it. There was no attitude or anything negative, they were very apologetic about the mistake. They are true professionals, and I will definitely call them again if I need work done on my floors again.

They did a horrible job on my home, it was a terrible, terrible work, what they did on my home was a ****** job, they left my home and run out on me, then cashed in the cheque I issued for a terrible work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

[Member Name Removed], the leak you had was not caused by our company, we went to your house to “change the subfloor” where the water softener was located. We had you come look at what we were doing and I was explaining all the work that was done, to make sure your subfloor were safe we left to get even more 2x4 to add more support, before screwing the plywood we showed you the area. Before we left we asked you if everything was fine and you said it was just great and very pleased that it was fixed. We never got any called from you complaining. If there was anything that bad YOU could’ve called us. We feel sorry that you felt that way but our company take the time that is necessary to finish the work. WE never ran from a work to cash out a check, we got your check after all work was done.
