Overall, the experience was good. Our kitchen sink was backing up with water anytime the washing machine was on, so they were able to fix that problem. The plumbers arrived prompty; within half an hour of calling. They performed the work efficiently and didn't waste any time. I was very pleased. I would recommend their services to others.

The plumber arrived quickly and managed to correct both problems VERY quickly and at a very fair cost. The shower installation is quite complex and we thought that the fix might be a problematic one. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it.

After a 2 week vacation, we came home to a blocked pipe in our basement. Having a ton of laundry to do, we needed it fixed quickly. Our washer drains into a tub style sink, and then drains out of the house from a 2" pipe. Our kitchen sink also drains in the same pipe. My husband removed the trap of the drain and found no blocks. He then snaked the pipe, with no luck. I called Agentis at 11:40am and spoke with Josh. He was very polite and friendly, and put me in the schedule for a time frame between 4 and 6pm. I asked for a general price estimate, and Josh told be probably between $140 and $180. He called me back at 3:30pm saying a technician was available and minutes away, and asked if they could come earlier - a nice surprise! The technician arrived within minutes and surveyed the problem. He was very nice, and was at our house for approx. 40-45 minutes. He brought the professional snake into our basement, and was able to unclog the pipe, put the trap pipe back in place, and thoroughly test to make sure it was fixed. He also gave us good tips on the proper use of a garbage disposal so this hopefully won'6t happen again soon! The total cost was $145, and the pipe has a 90 day clog warranty. Since we needed this fixed fast, we did not have time to price any other companies. We were very happy with the service of Agentis (Mr. Rooter), and would not hesitate to use them again!

The drain was really clogged. It took a long time to clear it. There were two men doing the job which was necessary. They put the camera down the pipe and found that there is a hole in it and the whole pipe has to be replaced. Before they put the camera down, they tried cutting the pipe that is above the ground thinking they might be able to solve the problem without having to dig up the basement. Unfortunately the whole pipe has to be replaced. We have an estimate of about $1500 for 1- 1.5 days work and we are waiting for the scheduler to call. They found the problem and now we can solve it. The price for finding the problem was a bit high, but it was a lot of work and it could have resulted in finding a smaller problem. I might not have had to spend the $1500 to get the whole pipe replaced. I feel that the price for replacing the pipe is reasonable. I also think the camera is an invaluable tool. Right in front of your eyes you can see the problem. They also waited for my husband to get there so he could see the hole in the pipe too.

I would recommend them. I liked their honesty. They told me right away that they had coupons. I did have a coupon, but it was not as much as what he told me about. He told me to look for it in the phone book. I was able to get some money off that way. They gave me all the information I needed before they did the job. They told me how much it would cost. I needed the water heater replaced immediately, so I went with them. I was pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hire them back.

Brett (the Plumber/Technician) arrived at my home at exactly the scheduled time of 7:00AM. He described the work he was going to perform and in a matter of minutes began the job. After he completed the work he indicated that since he had some time, he would point out and describe a few things about plumbing. Brett made some suggestions on things I could do to keep the water lines from clogging and gave me a refresher on how to shut off the individual water lines, the water heater, the main water line and explained what a "Pressure Reducing Valve or Pressure Regulator" is and it's functionality. I thought it was nice that he took the time to do this, as it was above and beyond his call of duty. He was very professional, courteous and personable! - - High Five to you Brett!! - - thanks and I would definitely recommend this Company/Plumber!

Called them for a quote which they provided within a half hour after I told them the brand and models I was requesting. Steve who provided me with the quote was very helpful in determining which particular model was the best choice for my application (3 1/2 baths and whirlpool). The model I choose had to be ordered from a distributor in Michigan and took three days to arrive but they also said if I wanted it quicker they could have it the next day but advised against spending an additional $300 for overnight shipment. Once the unit was received they scheduled me for the next day as I requested and the dispatcher even called ahead to let me know that they would be arriving at 8:30 which is precisely when they arrived. The installation took about 4 hours and Brett the installer was very professional. He reviewed the operation with me and set the water temperature I requested and left the work area clean. I will definitely use them for any additional work I need in the future.

I woke up in the wee hours one morning to find that I had virtually no water pressure, but I could hear water running in the pipes in the walls--very worrisome, especially after I turned off the master valve down in the basement and *still* heard water in the pipes! I called the plumber at 4:30 a.m.; it was 6:00 a.m. before anyone got back to me (dissatisfied with this--if you say your service is 24 hours, you should have a return phone call in less than half an hour at most). When I talked to the plumber at 6 a.m., he told me to call the city--it sounded like a broken water pipe, and it was the city's responsibility if the break was on the street side of the property hookup and my responsibility if it was on my side. It took another two hours to get the city over here, and they determined the break was on my side, and turned the water off at the street connection. The estimator from Mr Rooter was here by 9, and he spent half an hour estimating, and then another 45 minutes helping my neighbor hook up a contractor's hose from his external faucet to mine, which allowed me to use the water inside my house to flush, bathe, and wash dishes. The pipe replacement service was scheduled for 8 days later (some delay due to Labor Day weekend intervening). The company subcontracted out the excavating work and the excavators were here right at 8. The plumber showed up half an hour later. The job took most of the day (they finished at 3), and the plumber took care of a couple of other small jobs for me (for an additional fee) while he was here since there was still time). The property was restored to a reasonable state--they had forewarned me that I would have to hire another contractor to replace the sidewalk they had jackhammered up, since they were plumbers, not masons. The plumber asked if I had a coupon before I paid, and told me there was one in the phone book--saved me $35.

Work went well, but price seems high, and I was surprised to find out that this is actually a "Mister Rooter" franchise. They wouldn't give a price over the phone, you have to wiat until the plumber arrives and get a price from him -- which makes it harder to shop for prices. But the tech did a good job, cleared the drain quickly, and installed a fitting to make it easier to clean this out in the future. He also alerted me to a coupon in the phone book, which saved a little money. But overall, I think next time I will try someone else to see if their prices are better.

The repair man arrived less than 30 minutes after I placed the call and repaired the problem quickly and answered all of my questions.

The job was completed in two days. The actual cost of the job was lower than the estimate. The workman was polite, punctual and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

They did a nice job and I would use them again. It is a special kind of water heater so it is more expensive than a regular water heater. I had a leak and I was having problems stopping it. They got right back to me and were able to come in first thing the next morning. They gave me advice over the phone on what to do in the meantime. They arrived when they same they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job.

Can now use washer on max load setting. Still small amount of back-up into sink. Plumber did not recommend trying to clear pipe completely because of age of plumbing. Potential to damage drain pipe and really end up with problems. Sounded reasonable. Took about 1 hour. I am currently satisfied!

It went well

Work was done in a professional manner with an esimate completed a week prior (with no cost to me). They were on time on the date of service as well as for the estimate. No hassel and honest.

During the first garden watering of the season my husband noticed that my laundry room was also being watered. EEK! There was a break in the pipe that went to the outside. We shut off that line and called for help. Agentis sent someone the next morning.. The problem was fixed quickly and professionally. We were very pleased.

Each time the worker has been very pleasant, and the quality of the job has been satisfactory. They come out very quickly, and if you have an emergency, they have a 24 hour emergency service at no additional cost.

They were very accommodating concerning coordination of appointment time. They were very polite. They fixed the heater easily and did not hard sell me a new water heater (although they did ask me if I wanted and gave me a price on a new one). Overall, I was happy with the service. I don't know how long the fix will last, but it helped for the time being. The price was a bit high, I thought. It didn't break me though. It was a truck roll as it is called in the business.
