Monro Muffler Brake & Svc

They wanted to replace the entire exhaust system including sensors.

I've gone to Monro Mufflers a few times and they always treat me right.  They usually have some coupons on their website too.  
I can set up an appointment online and they call back and confirm.  After i drop off my car they call back promptly to tell me that they are either done or that there are other services they recommend.  My car and I are happy in the end.

The staff was very helpful and not condescending. Service was done early and the price can't be beat.

It took three times and much more costs than i expected. Each time after the so-called fix there would be something else wrong with the car. Getting a part took forever and was told it would be there the next day. Furthermore, they had to send to another repair place to finish the job. Overall, expensive and inefficient in terms of time. Stick to mufflers!

They're courteous, reliable, they don't overprice things, and they're very helpful. They answer questions completely and thoroughly. They're reasonably priced.

The man at the desk said they would have to drop my gas tank to replace my fuel pump (it wasn't reading anymore). They didn't have that particular one on hand so it was going to be a few hours. While I was back at work, they got the new fuel pump and installed it. When I stopped to pick up the truck they told me they also had to replace the fuel sock for an additional charge. One week later there was gas leaking from the top of my gas tank. I brought it back and they said the tank was rusted and should be replace for another $750. I stopped at a very reputable place later that is closer to my home. We pulled the bed off to find they broke the mounting bracket on the tank for the fuel pump. We removed the fuel pump and found not only was it NOT brand new but the fuel sock they charged me extra to replace was missing. We ordered a new tank and fuel pump which arrived the next day. When we opened the new pump, we found out they always come with the fuel sock attached. I have yet to find out exactly what they charged me for.
