Jay is the owner who runs the place. He used to primarily deal with foreign cars. He took care of the problem I had with my pick up truck. The engine runs nicely and smoothly. I thought his price was fair. He did a good job for me. I have worked with Jay before. He knows his stuff. I took my wife’s BMW convertible in there, which has springs, wires and all kinds of stuff. My wife wasn’t happy that there was something flapping around in the breeze. So, I took it in and Jay said that he would fix it for me and he did. He had to order the parts and he put it together. I looked at it and just pulled my hair. I wouldn’t have known what to do with it. He also fixed a panel on the BMW. It might seem to be something simple, but not on a BMW. If I am not happy with something, then they always correct it. I have never had a problem with that. Their pricing is average. You are not going to get a super bargain there, but I don’t think you are going to get ripped-off either. So, I think that the guy is fair. He does what he has to do when you set up an appointment and take the car to him. You can leave it there the night before or however you want to work it. In fact, I don’t live that far from him. He has driven me back home when I dropped the car off. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
