They were really expensive. Sometimes it was really great and other times it wasn't great. Sometimes it was absolutely amazing and sometimes it was just average. The workers were nice. They are very personable. They need to work on consistency.

I would say the cleanings we got were OK overall with one giant problem (see below). They did occasionally missed things and didn't consisitently clean in the same way twice (we have a sink where they remembered to wipe the outside of the bowl every other time, it seemed). We did experience mild damage to painted baseboards from their duster and some dented furniture, but it was rare. Overall the house ends up clean and smelling nice.
BUT, I canceled service because of a breakage incident that they handled poorly. One of the workers broke a clip used for removing windows, mistaking it for the lever used to open the window. Fine, no big deal, and it probably wasn't worth fixing so I was expecting to not push them much. What I got instead was a flat-out denial they were responsible even though it was broken because a worker used it when they didn't have to (she cited the and quot;wear and tearand quot; clause in the contract). They offered me a credit, about how much I should have taken, but I didn't like the fact that their initial response was to deny responsibility and then offer a credit to make it seem like they were being nice when they didn't have to. I called the owner out on it and said that remedy aside, I wasn't happy that the default position was to deny responsibility because what happens if they were to break something major?
The owner finally started to ask questions but only after I was on the defensive and didn't back down. By the time she got around to doing the right thing, it was too late. I felt like I'd seen how the company operates when something is damaged and needs repair. This was a case where Merry Maids clearly messed up and I still had to fight, and I figured no way I was going to continue to take a chance they'd do the right thing if they damaged something major.
So all in all, they do an OK job but I think you're gambling that they won't break anything. I'm OK with the workers, not so much with the management.

I had a coupon that came in the mail. My service was 4 hours with 2 people, and it was a little under $100. What stood out most to me, was they didn't complete the job. They said their time was up, and they would gladly complete the job if I paid more money. With using the coupon, I thought their pricing was reasonable. I would not use them again in the future.

We knew that they had a reputation for doing good work. We thought that we would try them. They came and cleaned for 3 hours. There were two workers. They were top of the line. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They have been cleaning our house for sometime. They do not empty kitchen trash they forget to do certain areas such as inside closets and pantry. They use to put sheet on bed if left out but no longer. They constantly leave things out of place by a large margin. They have knocked things over and broke a couple without notifying us. They were discussing tips right when my wife was in the room and how hot it was when it was 74 in the home. I need to find someone else!
