Contacted to ask about step repair. Answered the call immediately which is the only positive. Must have had an off day and took it out on me. Said it was near the end of the season - which I knew - and said only giving estimates and I should have called sooner. Call escalated from that point. He was very rude and didn't even allow me to say anything. Lost out on potential business as I probably would have asked for that estimate.

Very well once started. Excellent work. Only issue it took 4 months from time i signed the contract to when work was started. Need to be better at setting expectations and communicating timeframe.

Mike came out immediately when called. He repaired the damage within 3 days of examining the issue. His crew was efficient and cleaned up the lawn area to our complete satisfaction.

Extensive project. For the first phase, they demolished front stoops, poured a new porch, steps and sidewalk. They, then excavated a portion of our backyard. They poured a 15x45 ft. patio. It is absolutely gorgeous. They even put curved steps in. They are very accommodating. For example, they had to put a hot tub pad within the structure of our back patio. A shed pad was also poured. They just finished the demolition and excavation of a small driveway. Including, redoing the driveway and putting in a parking pad. They completely reconfigured the driveway. It was such extensive work, that they came in different phases. It was always a delight to see these gentlemen come back. We are so happy with their work that we even gave them restaurant gift cards in addition to their pay. They always listened and thought about the best way to get the job done. They were very conscientious about water to make sure drained away from the house. I absolutely love the results and they were so nice that I am sad to see them go. We highly recommended them.

My front steps were falling apart and the front porch sides were collapsing.  The contractor tore up the entire
area including the front steps and porch with a backhoe.
He laid the forms and had concrete pored .
And laid top soil and filled in the holes at the steps and in the yard.

After having my sewer line excavated and replaced by a plumbing contractor (who does not do concrete work) I had M. Hanna and Sons replace a concrete patio that had to be removed along with some sidewalk. The plumber backfilled the site with stone, but it was not at the correct grade and was uneven. Hanna had to remove and level the stone to properly set forms and pour the new concrete. The price was lower than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. They showed up when promised and did an excellent job. The wall enclosing the crawl space was previously existing, but poorly constructed and crumbling. Michael Hanna advised that a footing with rebar be installed for the new wall I wanted him to build. There is now a solid foundation for the new wall he built which should last for a very long time. The crew was professional and obviously took pride in their workmanship. I will call them for any concrete work I need done in the future.
