Description of Work: June of 2010, I hired Frank Bialobrzeski to put a small section of roof on, and all new gutters and down spouts. The roof went ok, haven't had any problems there. The gutters and downspouts on the other hand, well first off the end caps are put in wrong, should be inside not outside, looks like crap, all his ends or corners leaked, (said he would be back next day) the downspouts looked ok. Frank never showed up again, would not answer his phone! I fixed all the leaks in gutters, took two days!!! Ok I get over that, what a piece of crap he is I say, and I move on. Well the winter of 2010 we had rain, snow, more rain, just nasty. The basement floods, it takes a month to clean that up and repair everything, ok act of god right? Come spring I am doing landscaping along side the house, and pull out a couple bushes, and there is the coulprit The frickin downspout was never connected to the run off pipe right by my power service! The water ran right down the wall in there. So not only did he do POOR work, not finish the job, he caused the flooding of my basement. I am writing this now, because everytime I go down in my basement i get furious, and have to vent. DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWN
