Small shop in PA. Price was right and recommendations from friends made it seem viable. Our contractor did warn us that they were slow to respond and my close for personal reasons with no notice. We used them two times. The first time was for the kitchen cabinets. They turned out great, but we had to do all the follow-up and the owner Marcel was very lax with his timing of things. The second time we used them was for the mudroom and again the cabinets turned out great, but there were misses. Mostly because there were no drawings done and he made us go on faith that he understood what we wanted. Some measurements were off, which he fixed, but took almost a year and after 1 year 4 months (October 2016-Feb. 2018) we are still waiting for the job to be finished completely. Excuses have been, material was on backorder, we are really busy, health issues, etc. Unfortunately we made the mistake of trusting him and paying in full.

I have been very happy working with them.  So far everything has been really good.  I think she is reasonably priced.  She had been very good about it.  I highly recommend her to anybody anytime.  I will use them because of the fact that she is not only is she doing the refinishing of my cabinet but she also gave me some good advice on how to work on some other part of my house that I needed to do.  She was honest with me.  She advised me on things to do and not to do and which can save me money.  I was very impressed with her.  She came out on time when she said she would.  She is available on email or by phone for the information.  She handed me the quote only a couple of days after she saw my place.  She has just been very professional all the way around.

Kares Krafted Kitchens installed the original cabinets in our house when it was built almost 17 years ago. We have been using them for upgrades and new cabinets every since. Their work and prices are excellent and they are a pleasure to deal with.

I give them A’s across the board.
