We originally hired Junie after receiving a reference from an insulation company to reseal the floor of our addition rather than reinsulate (which the company didn't believe we needed). Junie provided a fair estimate and began work. Upon removing the vinyl soffit, he found a family of vermin had been living in the floor of the addition. After cleaning out the entire area, it was re-insulated, sealed properly, and we've had no problems since.

Junie was very prompt in meeting with us to discuss our plan to remodel our bathroom. We discussed a number of options. He was very helpful to suggest possibilities based on what we were trying to achieve. His estimate was reasonable and we proceded with the remodel. We have used Junie before for home improvement projects, and we will continue to do so. We are always very pleased with his work. He is very skilled and talented. We are always impressed with his attention to detail to make the project a standout. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

From start to finish of our side porch's construction, my husband and I were extremely satisfied with the work done by Junie of Junie's Home Improvements. In addition to being a very competent contractor, he was always prompt, courteous, and open to incorporating our ideas into the plans for our side porch.

For years, I had wanted to add a side porch to our classic Georgian colonial home. As time passed, my concern was to make sure the addition would not look like an add on, or an after thought. Junie was so great to work with; he ensured that as the plans evolved into a finished product, it looked exactly like what I had in mind.

As I shared my thoughts for the porch, he made some great enhancing suggestions, i.e., the use of Mahogany wood for the decking, and the layering of the moldings to match other trim on our house. Through his efforts, in the end the porch was nothing short of beautiful and classic.

Junie's skills were apparent throughout, but in particular in the details. He devised a way to have the flat roof drain into one of the columns and connect with an underground drainage pipe. He also created a beautiful and unique stone and concrete step and landing area off of the porch that leads to a winding pathway through a garden area.

My husband and I would highly recommend Junie (and we already have) without reservation to anyone who is looking for a reliable, highly-skilled, and personable contractor for their next home improvement project.
