Everything he installed broke. When it was time to come fix it, he was always a no show. He even changed his number!

Horrible .... Excuses after excuses to his NO SHOW for two consecutive months after payment was made

Extremely well! While nobody wants to run into all of the expenses of a "new" home like we did, Ian helped to ease the pain by always communicating, researching solutions to different issues, being always kind and courteous and takes his business very seriously. I would never use another HVAC contractor!
