I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I was basically overcharged. They didn’t really work in my favor. In the agreement they were representing me and then turned around and represented the buyer. The contract said that it was to be 5%; 2 ½ went to another realtor and 2 ½ went to them. They took the whole 5% instead of charging the 2 ½ % because there was only one realtor. I talked to my attorney and my attorney told me that they were wrong and I could sue them. I don’t recommend them. I have used them twice. Everyone else was at 4%. It was a bad experience. The first time I used them wasn’t great. It should have been an eye opener to me, but they were the only one that I knew in the area and I felt that I was associated with the people so I used them again. Now I would never use them again.
