I had a sewage leak behind the walls in a rental house of mine. It’s an old house. The vertical pipe was relatively easy to get to. We had to tear out half of the kitchen to get at this pipe. We had to pull all of the counters out, and cut through the dry wall to get to the chase. Sewage was running inside of the walls. It was terrible. We called a lot of plumbers, and everyone seemed to be putting us off. We called Ernesto because he had references from an established plumber. We got the wall down, and he got to work right away. He came in at less than half the price of everyone else. He explained exactly what he did clearly. I was a contractor until I retired, and I could tell that it was good work. He was gone the second day, and took the time to clean up everything very specifically. He’s Spanish, but he and his workers speak clear English. I had been trying to get plumbers in for two weeks to solve this issue. He came in on Friday, started Saturday morning and had the job finished by night, and finished the last of the cleaning on Sunday. He hauled off the debris, vacuumed, and mopped the floor.
