We have had a great experience with Sean Burke, the owner. He's been managing properties for us for the past 2yrs. Highly professional, returns our calls immediately, really good with screening potential tenants, pricing our property & with keeping us informed.
Before him we had a property mgr from h***. Thankful to have found him, he knows his stuff, keen knowledge of local Lehigh valley real estate & landlord /tenant rights. If if weren't for his biz acumen we were close to undervaluing our rental property & we were so stressed with screening flaky tenants ourselves.
This past winter, we had an awful plumbing backup in the basement & he called me from the property first thing in the morning.. even though he had already arranged for a plumber to be there & technically didn't need to be there. He went to check things out for himself. Hubby & I have always been able to go to him w any concerns or ques we hv re: our properties & everything's been addressed/taken care of in a professional, timely & caring manner.
My hubby has a very demanding job..we needed to be hands off with our properties. Thankfully, due to Sean's professionalism & reliability we've been as hands off as we have wanted to be.
