Bad, he took four phone calls to speak to, and then only when I was on hold until his other call ended. Details given, price ok. He then promised a follow up email that night, five days later im still waiting on that email. During the wait, I emailed him in case of email address misspellings, days later nothing. I called today, got the secretary, ,she texted him and she called back. He said check my spam (had been for days, nothing). Pathetic excuse for bad customer service. I'm tired of chasing them just because they're the only positive reviewed company in the area. If the customer service is this bad now, what about when there's a real problem?

We have had a great experience with Sean Burke, the owner. He's been managing properties for us for the past 2yrs. Highly professional, returns our calls immediately, really good with screening potential tenants, pricing our property & with keeping us informed. Before him we had a property mgr from h***. Thankful to have found him, he knows his stuff, keen knowledge of local Lehigh valley real estate & landlord /tenant rights. If if weren't for his biz acumen we were close to undervaluing our rental property & we were so stressed with screening flaky tenants ourselves. This past winter, we had an awful plumbing backup in the basement & he called me from the property first thing in the morning.. even though he had already arranged for a plumber to be there & technically didn't need to be there. He went to check things out for himself. Hubby & I have always been able to go to him w any concerns or ques we hv re: our properties & everything's been addressed/taken care of in a professional, timely & caring manner. My hubby has a very demanding job..we needed to be hands off with our properties. Thankfully, due to Sean's professionalism & reliability we've been as hands off as we have wanted to be.
