My experience was horrendous. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery person tried to leave the large box in the street, and at first refused to even bring it through the door of our building. Only after my office assistant pleaded with the delivery person, did he move it out of the street, and into our building's door. However, the delivery person refused to bring the box up one flight of steps to our offices, thereby forcing my office assistant to abandon the phones for over 15 minutes, so he could push the box, end over end, up the steps. When I opened the box, there were two baseball-sized holes punched into the back of the file cabinet. When I complained to the company, particularly about their delivery practices, I was told that it was ''clear'' from its website that actually having the box brought up any steps, and into your office, is extra. However, if you visit the site, you'll see that is not the case. They engage in deceptive advertising.

"AS POSTED REPEATEDLY ON OUR WEB SITE, SHIPPING IS FREE. IN ADDITION, WE WILL PROVIDE INSIDE DELIVERY INTO A CUSTOMER'S OFFICE AS LONG AS NO STAIR CARRIES ARE REQUIRED AND IT IS REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. THE CUSTOMER CHOSE NOT TO READ THE INFORMATION EASILY PROVIDED ON THE WEB SITE. HE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY AGREED WITH US IN THE MATTER AND DETERMINED THAT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS WERE UNREASONABLE."
