I recommended them to my son. I really like Dugan’s. I will have them back once a year for inspection. When they replaced the heat pump I had a humidifier on it and they hooked up the humidifier I had but they forgot to bring a new filter along to put in the humidifier so I called them back a few weeks later and they came out and just installed it. I don’t even think they charged me for that. They are very reasonably priced and very personable, they clean up well afterwards, and the estimates they have given me on both time and price have been pretty accurate. The amount of time it would take to install the system, in fact I think they got it done in an hour less than what they told me.

I had interviewed 5 contractors (four of them are in Angie's List with good ratings) and finally chose Dugan for the project. They offered me the most practical features required for the comfort of my household with the best price. The HVAC system was installed in a professional and efficient way in early May of this year, and has been running satisfactorily so far.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This is a one of the top service companies that we have dealt with in our 30 plus years in the Lehigh Valley. We had four technicians from another company try to resolve the issue, without success, Chris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds after removing the cover on the outside compressor. He also checked the inside unit before departing. The part was ordered and installed very quickly. This is a family-owned company where you can probably count on having a familiar tech come out, rather than a number of different techs, none of whom could address the problem. Prices are very reasonable. Techs are considerate of the home interior, covering or removing their shoes before entering. I spoke with both Thomas and Regina on the phone, both of whom were exceedingly friendly and polite. Perfect from start to finish!

.Wonderfully. I was not a customer of theirs but they responded to an emergency call within minutes of being called. It was late Friday afternoon amid the dire blizzard 2016 warnings. I had no heat and they restored it by replacing a broken fan in the unit. Later, the exhaust duct became clogged, shutting off the furnace again. They came at 8 AM this morning to diagnose the problem, cleaned the duct and restored the heat again.

It couldn't have been a better experience from beginning to end. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. This ia a well established family owned business that treated my home like it was their own. Showed up on time for the estimate, received the estimate promptly and Gina was very responsive answering my questions. The Dugan crew arrived enmass and completed the work in a day and a half. You can tell each person cared about doing a great job. The price was fair and the system is awesome.

The fan stopped working on our outside unit the previous day. We called Jim and they said they would fit us in between jobs! We were very pleased that the tech Chris came out and replaced only what was needed to fix our problem!

The contractor was friendly and professional from the beginning. All questions were answered promptly with detail. Any time I wanted to move a floor grate or add a new line, the contractor obliged. One minor issue arose after the installation was complete. The contractor returned the next day and fixed the issue free of charge. I will certainly use them for any future work I intend on doing.

Dugan's was very efficient from start to finish. They came out the day we called and had an estimate back that we were pleased with by the end of the day. The day it was installed, four very professional young men arrived promptly at 8:30 when we were told they would arrive. They took great pains with installing the unit, and made sure it was fine tuned before they left. We are very pleased with the work.

While I was actively looking for a contractor to replace my central a/c system, I noticed that the Dugan trucks were at my neighbor's home. I was not familiar with this company but after speaking with my neighbor, I called and requested an estimate, and I am very glad that I did.
I will start by saying that if I could give A++ in each category I certainly would. The level of professionalism, friendliness, quality, punctuality, follow-up, follow through and cost-savings went far beyond anything that I was expecting.

They were great. They were absolutely wonderful in every way. The guys that worked here were the ones that came out for the evaluation of what we needed and the finished work. The secretary at the office is also great. I think that the price was reasonable because we were given unbelievable exorbitant estimates from others. They are very good and very reliable. We are very happy with them and very pleased with them. The workers were very professional and very good. They did not make a by mess by completely covering things. They cleaned everything when they were done and took the old unit away. They were very patient with mu husband because he had so many questions. They were good workers and knew what they were doing.

My initial phone call was responded to immediately and since it was Friday afternoon Regina offered weekend or Monday appointments. I opted to wait and was given an early morning appointment. The guys showed up today as promised and checked a number of possibilities for why the AC wasn't working. They put in a new thermostat and immediately....cold air! I love the fact that i can happily add Dugan's name to my list of "go to" to help maintain my home. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
